Interior Design Services Agreement
This Agreement is made on 3/12/2026, by and between:
The Designer: Studio ArchDesigns, located at 123 Indiranagar, Bangalore
The Client: Mr. Rahul Sharma, residing/project site at Flat 4B, Prestige Shantiniketan, Whitefield
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Designer agrees to provide interior design services for the Client's property as described: Full interior design and execution of 3BHK apartment including modular kitchen, wardrobes, false ceiling, and painting.. Services include concept development, material selection, 2D layout planning, and 3D visualization.
2. DESIGN FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
The total design fee for the services outlined is ₹150,000.
Payments shall be made according to the following schedule:
10% Advance, 40% on Design Finalization, 40% before execution, 10% on handover.
3. PROJECT TIMELINE
The estimated duration for the design phase and execution supervision is 12 weeks from the date of advance payment. Delays caused by the Client in approvals or third-party contractors will extend this timeline.
4. REVISIONS AND CHANGES
The Client is entitled to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions during the design phase. Subsequent changes or complete changes in design direction will be billed at an hourly rate or as a separate addendum.
5. TERMINATION & JURISDICTION
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to that point. This agreement shall be governed under the laws of Bangalore, India.
