Interify.in is a cloud-based, multi-tenant ERP platform designed for Interior Designers, Contractors, and Architectural Agencies to manage projects, finances, CRM, HR, and inventory from a single system.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Interify.in.
• You confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

3. Account Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• All activities performed under an account are the responsibility of the account owner or organization.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Interify.in offers Free and Pro subscription plans.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• Pricing and plans may change with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations (tenants).
• Upload malicious code, harmful files, or misleading data.

6. Service Availability

Interify.in aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Interify.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Interify.in shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Interify.in indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
